  They don't follow through with your invoice. They make last minute changes without consultations. I was even invoiced for yellow orchids and then at pick up time they said there was no such thing as yellow orchids (of course there is! They just didn't order the right ones). They were short plates and silverware. When they finally came with the 8 sets they were short, they left 12 sets and said they wouldn't charge for the extra, but they did! BAD BAD BAD!!! You have enough to worry about with planning your event,... you don't need this stress to top it off. STAY AWAY!

  Horrible customer service, calls are never returned and they are very disorganized. Incorrect items sent. Over priced Chaivari were cheap plastic knock offs and they arrived dirty. Our plate chargers were really rough looking some not useable. Delivery was to have been made On a Friday and they dumped it off on a Thursday without informing us thus we had to visit the site and move everything out of the way for our tent installers (I elected to go with a different company for our tent). They over bill for items which they claim are available by the lot only. As mentioned above I pulled the tent from my quote (thank god) and gave this work to another company. I went with Premiere Event Tent Rentals out of Brampton ON for my tent needs because Tara Tent did not have the ability to lay a full floor for us inside the tent nor could they supply a white dance floor that we wanted. Save yourself the stress and do not use Tara Tent Rental for your wedding needs.
