  Just had all you can eat ribs. (All day every day). The were tender and flavourful. I would recommend this if everyone at your table is eating ribs, since after your first rack, everyone will be finished their food and want to go! Ha.

  Our server was wonderful. There was a problem with THEIR debit machine and they were unable to print a receipt for us and when we checked our prepaid visa it had a hold on it more then what our bill was. When we asked the manager to print off a bill she said she couldn't. In fact her response to the problem was a shoulder shrug and 'well I don't know what to tell you!' And then walked away. Our server who clear was much more interested in our guess satisfaction used her head and fixed the problem but simply printing off the tables she had closed today to see what our bill was closed too. Although our server was very helpful I don't think we will be returning there ever again.

  Took my kids here for their first time and they loved the whole experience! Service was quick, food was hot and delicious and price was fair. Overall a great meal!! Well done Monrana's!! We will be back asap.

  Nothing wrong with the food we ordered but the service was terrible. It took 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge we had entered the restaurant. It took 22 mins for them to take our order and it took 30 mins to get our order. We were only there for lunch so the wait times were not up to par. There was further time waiting to get the bill and to pay. A simple lunch took almost an hour and a half. When someone asked how our experience was I told them how I felt. They said the wait was due to 3 table of 8 showing up. It felt as if they were neglecting our table of 2. They took $8 off our bill and gave us a $10 off coupon for another visit that looked like it had been chewed by a dog.
