The rushed, stressful environment could cause some who are anxious to throw chunks. However, with the vibrant colors and flavours will not leave you disappointed with how those chunks look -- possibly a work of art. In the end, the smoothies are delicious...

Great gluten free options and good healthy options. Great seating and friendly, clean atmosphere. Nthe ladies washroom has tampons and pads for those moments when your strapped for protection, which is an excellent service!

One of my favourite places to get brunch. They have all day breakfast and provide fast service. Relatively friendly staff

This is my #1 place to meet my friends. They have great tasting sandwiches, paninis, wraps, hot breakfast, deserts, specialty coffees and a good selection of teas. Many types of seating areas from sofas to booths make it ideal for all kinds of get-togethers. Highly recommended.
